FAQ
What does Pivot do?
It launches one coin on Pons (Robinhood Chain) and pump.fun (Solana) at the same time, from one wallet and one deposit, with the same name, ticker and logo.
Does Pivot keep the two prices equal?
No. After the launch the two coins are independent and Pivot does not trade them. The two curves open at different values and follow their own buyers.
What does a launch cost?
About 0.09 SOL: the pump.fun creation, the Pons launch fee, the Robinhood Chain gas and a small margin. Pivot charges no separate fee. It earns half of the pump.fun creator fees and the part of the Pons creator tax that is not paid to you.
Do I need ETH?
No. The deposit is in SOL and covers the Pons fees too. Connect a Robinhood Chain wallet only if you want your share of the Pons creator fees paid to an address of yours.
Do I have to connect a wallet?
Yes, a Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare or Backpack): it pays the deposit and the Launch button stays disabled without it. A Robinhood Chain wallet is optional.
Who gets the creator fees?
On pump.fun, you and Pivot, 50 % each, locked on-chain after one call. On Pons, the vault splits them between your Robinhood address (at most 50 %) and Pivot. With no address given, Pivot gets all of them. See fees.
What if it fails halfway?
If Pons fails, you are refunded in full. If pump.fun fails after Pons, the coin stays on Pons and you are refunded minus the costs already spent. See the launch.
What is $PIVOT?
The pad's own coin. It launches on Robinhood Chain only, on Pons, with no pump.fun version. See the token page.
Has it been audited?
Not yet. The Robinhood Chain contracts are tested on a fork of the real Pons and the Solana transactions are simulated on live state. See status and test results.
How do I check your numbers?
Read the constants and the contract back from the chains, see verify on-chain.
